Bookings can now be made  for garden visits in 2024. All proceeds go to the  National Garden Scheme (NGS).

This web site aims to inform gardeners about the plant genus Euphorbia, in particular the hardy varieties which can be grown outside in gardens, and the variety of forms which are available to the British gardener. It also has information about my Plant Heritage National Collection of Euphorbias near Sheffield and the talks which I currently offer to gardening clubs and other interested groups.

I am a retired schoolteacher with a passion for hardy herbaceous perennial plants in general and Euphorbias in particular. I've been a keen gardener for over 40 years and I am actively involved in 4 national garden charities - the Hardy Plant Society, Royal Horticultural Society, Plant Heritage and the National Gardens Scheme.

All images found on this web site are used in the various talks I give.
